Title company/lawyer who will complete all the legal formalities, including explaining the content of the [proposed] contract.
Appraiser who will confirm the value of property in question.
Home inspector who will report on the condition of the home and make recommendations, a separate mold/radon gas/lead paint inspection may be required.
Mortgage provider who will advise you of the amount they will be prepared to lend to you [or your buyer] in order to purchase a home.
